Principal's Message

Dear Bobcat Nation, 

Welcome to Crystal Lakes Elementary School! You’ve chosen the best school in Palm Beach County, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to our incredible community of students, teachers, staff, and families—where students always come first.

As a Florida native and proud member of the Boynton Beach community, I’ve had the privilege of watching our area grow and thrive. Becoming an educator has been a lifelong dream of mine—one I’ve held since the age of twelve.

My passion for teaching led me to various opportunities throughout the School District of Palm Beach County. For the past 20 years, I have served in a variety of positions: elementary teacher, high school teacher for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, district level behavior resource teacher for preschool to post high school aged students, ESE coordinator, single school culture coordinator, assistant principal. I also currently serve as an adjunct professor for Palm Beach State College, where I instruct and support the growth and development of college level students entering into the education field.  Of all my roles, the one I cherish the most is being the proud mom to two boys. I am proud to bring my years of experience and passion for education to Crystal Lakes Elementary School, where a joy of learning is fostered in each student and relationships are cultivated. 

Building strong positive relationships with students, families, teachers and the community is very important to me. I am committed to the continued academic success and excellence at Crystal Lakes Elementary School. I am passionate about ensuring that the individual needs of each student are met,  working collaboratively, as a team. I am invested in continuing the work to engage and support teachers in planning for rigorous high achieving learning and social and emotional growth for each student. 

I look forward to striving each day for academic excellence ensuring each student feels welcomed, safe and loved at CLES. We are your best choice!
